I'm going to follow my passion by finishing LaGuardia and then going to a four year college with BA in Premed. Follow by going to medical school and becoming a Obstretrican/Gynecologist, that is my passion with all my heart. That has been my dream since i was like eight years old and i been presuing it ever since, i don't want to become anything else. Just knowing i have the opportunity to achieve my passion, it's what make me come to school everyday. I love dreaming about being someone and helping to bring life into the world as a career, it truely makes me happy.

To be totally honest, I have not thought about bettering the world with my knowledge. Probably because of all the other things that's going on in my head, like the papers that's due or passing the exams or just thinking about being able to afford things. I mean now we have to think about this election and the economy and the state of which this country is in. The more I try to focus on one thing, i'm focus to focus on another, now that i think about, at this moment of course, it makes me want to influence the world. But it's like what knowledge can i give, there's like thousands of other students that's learning the same thing as me, so what can i put forth that could actually change the world? And that question i seriously can't answer right now.

Blog1

In class, we each used the computer, not saying anything is wrong with that fact because i believe technology is a great thing. But it does take up alot of energy, especially a whole school working with computers. The energy used just to make the computers run is crazy and should seriously be cut down. Thing is....how do you tell a whole new younger generation to slow down on the advancing technology that's shaping our new way of life? You could say "hey your computer...it's killing our enviornment" but most likely it won't stop because we are accustom to it. Another thing, on our break there are vending machines full of plastic bottles.... aren't we suppose to be cutting down on plastic. From the vending soda machines to the store, we as students use plastic bottles like mad people. Of course, no one really think about the damage but wouldn't it be a little smarter to use a friendly to the enviornment bottle that you could refill at home. Not only would you and me be doing a small part in caring to our world but also saving alot of money.
I honestly can't say i do alot to care for my enviornment, but i do little steps like i don't litter, don't drive, i'm more on the organic side. I try not to use plastic much.... i'm going to get one of those cups like the professor.... because who don't want to save money:) If i do get a car it will be a hybrid but i'm still in the baby stages of changing my habits.
My very most concern for our world would have to be pollution, we are the leading cause for pollution in the world right now. Pollution is one of the major issues that we need to take serious, it's bad on our enviornment and very bad to our health.
