I'm going to follow my passion by finishing LaGuardia and then going to a four year college with BA in Premed. Follow by going to medical school and becoming a Obstretrican/Gynecologist, that is my passion with all my heart. That has been my dream since i was like eight years old and i been presuing it ever since, i don't want to become anything else. Just knowing i have the opportunity to achieve my passion, it's what make me come to school everyday. I love dreaming about being someone and helping to bring life into the world as a career, it truely makes me happy.

To be totally honest, I have not thought about bettering the world with my knowledge. Probably because of all the other things that's going on in my head, like the papers that's due or passing the exams or just thinking about being able to afford things. I mean now we have to think about this election and the economy and the state of which this country is in. The more I try to focus on one thing, i'm focus to focus on another, now that i think about, at this moment of course, it makes me want to influence the world. But it's like what knowledge can i give, there's like thousands of other students that's learning the same thing as me, so what can i put forth that could actually change the world? And that question i seriously can't answer right now.

I guess we have somewhat similar passions considering we both want a career in the medical field. I agree with you that our daily lives are so hectic that we don't really think about the environment anymore. When I was young I loved planting but as I grew older I just lost time for everything else.

But think of the countless people you will help just by being the best obstetrician you can be...that already is an anormous contribution to the community (really). You dont have to be abig shot to change the world.

One person at a time.

I have exactly same feeling that you said there are too much going on each person’s life and it is really hard to focus just one thing. I’ve also never thought about make better world with knowledge, but I believe we can figure it out with small changes; whatever, just pay attention what we learn from each days. And, I want to know more about your passion, obstetrician/gynecologist.

I think your blog is perfect. It is easy to read, very well organized and original. Your writing skills are very good too. You write exactly how you feel and are able to express your feelings. Keep it up!
